Easy! Just click “Unlock Packages” on the home page, answer 2-3 short questions, add your details and someone will get back to you ASAP with a proposal.
Yes! All professional mentors understand the importance of confidentiality.
Additionally, all our mentors are required to agree to our Terms of Use (TOU) and Privacy Policy (PP) before joining and these include a strict obligation to maintain confidentiality.
Nevertheless, we advise that you only share information that you feel comfortable sharing.
All the mentors are personally vetted and mentors that receive low reviews (thankfully hasn’t happened yet) do not remain on the platform.
For large packages we accept bank transfers or PayPal. For personal sessions we accept most credit cards and debit cards (via PayPal) and PayPal.
Yes.
You can reschedule a session once, so long as you do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. You may not reschedule the same session a second time, and will be charged for that session.
1. When you book a session, our website creates a user account for you and sends you a link to your Customer Panel. You can click on that link to login.
2. If you can’t find the email, you can click here, then click “Forgot Password?” and then add your email address. You will then receive a link with details on how to update your password and login.
Officially – 60 minutes. But it’s always best to leave a few minutes extra just in case. Enjoy.
Our Platform’s default is Google Meet, but Mentors may prefer to use Zoom or Microsoft Teams (if they do, they’ll send you a link before the Session).
No. The Platform and our mentors are not licensed physicians and we do not provide medical health related advice (including mental health issues). If you have any medical needs, we advise that you consult with the relevant licensed doctor or professional
